Regulations of the "Product promotion" offer

I. Organizer and time frame

 

  1. The organizer of the "Halloween 2022 UK Promotion" Offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is UNITED BEAUTY LTD under the trade name INDIGO NAILS LAB registered in England and Wales under the number 12076727 based in 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU, WD6 1QQ; (Promoter), with the VAT number 332 6876 84.
  2. The offer runs from October 24, 2022, 09:00:00 (Europe Central Time zone GMT + 1) to October 31, 2022, 23:59:59, or until stocks last or until canceled by the Organizer.

 

II. General conditions

 

  1. The offer is addressed to the Participant who is:
  1. a natural person with full legal capacity,
  2. legal person
  3. a consumer meaning a natural person who performs a legal transaction with the Organizer not directly related to his business or professional activity which meets the conditions set out in these Regulations.

  2. Offer applies to orders placed during the promotion in UK.
  3. Any further resale of the Organiser's products purchased as part of the offer and included in this offer is not allowed in any scope, in particular related to the economic activity conducted by the Participant. The Participant undertakes not to sell the Products covered by the offer in any way, in particular as part of the business activity conducted by the Participant. In the event of a breach of the above, the Organizer has the right to request the Participant to return the value of the products that the Participant purchased under the offer to which the Participant, by accepting the Regulations and taking part in the Promotion, agrees.

  2. During the offer, each Participant may place an unlimited number of orders.
  3. Indigo Nails reserves the right to cancel, amend or replace the Offer Regulations at any time and at its sole discretion without notice. The rights acquired by the Participants prior to the change will be respected. In particular, Indigo Nails reserves the right to shorten the duration of the Offer or exclude individual items from the Offer due to their lack of stock.

 

IV. Complaints and returns

 

  1. All complaints regarding the Offer should be submitted by e-mail to customerservice@indigo-nails.co.uk with the note: Offer "Trade fair promotion 2022". All claims must be made prior to the end of the Special Offer and within 14 days of receipt of the order.
  2. The complaint should contain the following data: name, surname and full address, detailed description and reason for the complaint, as well as the request for settlement of the matter.
  3. Complaints submitted after the end of the offer or not containing the information referred to in paragraph 2 will not be considered. The date of dispatch of the complaint is the date on the postage stamp on the package containing the complaint.
  4. Complaints will be considered immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date of their receipt by the Organizer.
  5. If the provisions of generally applicable law grant the Participant the right to return, the return of products purchased under the Offer is possible to the extent that it constitutes the entire set of new and unused items purchased under the Offer. The reimbursement may be made by the customer only in relation to the Organizer within the meaning of point I par. 1 of the Regulations.

 

V. Data protection

 

  1. Participants' personal data will be processed by the Organizer.
  2. Personal data collected in connection with the offer will be processed for the purpose of: order fulfillment, accounting and pursuing claims and defending against claims resulting from the Sales Agreement - based on the Controller's legitimate legal interest consisting in pursuing claims and defending against claims.
  3. Participants' personal data may be disclosed to entities supporting the Organizer in the implementation of the Competition, including marketing agencies, courier companies, postal and courier operators.
  4. In connection with the processing of personal data by the Organizer, the Participants have the following rights:
  • the right to access personal data and the right to request their rectification, deletion or limitation of their processing
  • the right to transfer the transferred personal data to another data administrator
  • the right to object to data processing
  • participants also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  • the personal data of the Offer Participants will be kept for the period during which complaints are possible, and in the case of complaints, for the time necessary to consider the complaint.
  • Providing personal information is voluntary; however, it is required to process the order. Failure to provide personal data will affect the possibility of completing the order.

 

VI. Final Provisions

 

  1. The regulations of the offer are available on the Organiser's website.
  2. Processing may take longer for multiple Promotional Offer orders.
  3. Offer participants automatically accept the applicable regulations. All Bidders must certify that they have read and accept all the applicable Terms and Conditions.
