We do our best to ensure the best quality and conditions of the products we deliver to your door. Please inspect your goods as soon as you receive them. If there is visible damage to the box or packaging, please note this with the courier driver. If you find that the item you have received has been damaged, please let us know within 1 day by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org
In your email please include: order number, name/company name, damage(s) description, and photographs. Once we receive your email, and if we confirm acceptance that the product is damaged, we will refund the full amount including the delivery charge.
Please do inspect your goods upon receipt, and inform us of any issues within 1 day of receipt. If you fail to do this you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.
If you have simply changed your mind:
You can return the product to us within 14 days after you receive the product. If you wish to do so, please let us know by emailing: email@example.com quoting your order number.
To be entitled to a full refund, the product must be in "as new" condition and be returned in its original undamaged packaging.
Once we receive and check the product, we will arrange for the refund. Please note that we will only be able to refund you the original sale cost and not your return postage charge.
Any refunds given for returned goods will be subject to a handling charge of 10% of the value per item (re-stocking fee).
We would highly recommend you send the product back to us by a traceable service and ensure the shipment will be handled with care.
We will not be responsible for any damages caused to the item, or loss of the item while in transport back to us, so we do recommend that you insure your package and use a tracked postal service.
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns and exchanges (subject to our discretion) of the following products:
- any sealed product which has been opened or unsealed
- manicure and pedicure tools & accessories
- cosmetics including creams, body lotions, scrubs, oils etc.
- perishable goods like bases, tops, gels, gel polishes, nail polishes, acrylic systems etc.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE REFUND?
It should take no more than 10 to 14 working days after we receive and check the product.
