I. Organizer and time frame
The Organizer of the “2022 UK Fair Special Offer” (hereinafter referred to as the “Special Offer”) is UNITED BEAUTY LTD under the trade name INDIGO NAILS LAB registered in England and Wales under the number 12076727 with its registered office in 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU, WD6 1QQ; (Promoter), with the VAT number 332 6876 84.
The Special Offer runs from September 16, 2022, 09:00:00 (Europe Central Time zone GMT+1) to September 18, 2022, 23:59:59, or until stocks last or until cancelled by the Organizer.
II. General terms and conditions
The Special Offer is addressed both to the consumer who performs a legal transaction under the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions, not directly related to his/her business or professional activity, as well as an entity conducting business or professional activity.
The Participant may place an order until the end of the Special Offer via the official Indigo Nails UK online store at https://www.indigo-nails.co.uk.
The Special Offer applies to orders placed within its duration in the UK.
Any further resale of the Organiser’s products purchased under the Special Offer and included in the Special Offer is not allowed in any scope, in particular related to the economic activity conducted by the Participant. The Participant undertakes not to resell the Products covered by the Special Offer in any way, in particular as part of the business activity conducted by the Participant. In the event of a breach of the above, the Organizer has the right to request the Participant to reimburse the value of the products that the Participant purchased under the Special Offer, to which the Participant, by accepting the Regulations and taking part in the Special Offer, agrees.

- During the Special Offer, each Participant may place an unlimited number of orders.
- Indigo Nails reserves the right to cancel, amend or replace the Special Offer Terms and Conditions at any time and at their sole discretion without notice. The rights acquired by the Participants prior to the change will be respected. In particular, Indigo Nails reserves the right to shorten the duration of the Special Offer or exclude individual items from the Special Offer due to them being out of stock.
IV. Complaints and returns
All complaints regarding the Special Offer should be submitted by e-mail to customerservice@indigo-nails.co.uk with the note: “2022 Fair Special Offer”. All claims must be made prior to the end of the Special Offer and within 14 days of receipt of the order.
The complaint should contain the following data: name, surname and full address, detailed description and reason for the complaint and the request for the matter to be settled.
Complaints submitted after the end of the Special Offer or not containing the information referred to in sec. 2 will not be considered. The date of dispatch of the complaint is the date on the postage stamp on the letter containing the complaint.
Complaints will be considered immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date of their receipt by the Organizer.
If the provisions of generally applicable law grant the Participant the right to return a product, the return of the product purchased under the Special Offer is possible to the extent that it constitutes the entire set of new and unused items purchased under the Special Offer. The return may be made by the customer only in relation to the Organizer within the meaning of item I sec. 1 of the Regulations.
V. Data protection
Personal data of the Participants will be processed by the Organizer.
Personal data collected in connection with the Special Offer will be processed for the purpose of: order fulfilment, accounting and pursuing claims and defence against claims resulting from Sales Agreements - based on the Controller’s legitimate legal interest consisting in pursuing claims and defending against claims.
Participants’ personal data may be disclosed to entities supporting the Organizer in the implementation of the Special Offer, including marketing agencies, courier companies, postal and courier operators.
In connection with the processing of personal data by the Organizer, the Participants have the following rights:
the right to access personal data and the right to request rectification, deletion or limitation of its processing
the right to transfer the personal data to another data controller
the right to object to data processing
participants also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office
personal data of the Special Offer Participants will be kept for the period during which complaints can be submitted, and in the case of complaints, for the time necessary to consider them
providing personal data is voluntary; however, it is required to process the order. Failure to provide personal data will affect the possibility of implementing the order.
VI. Final provisions
The Terms and Conditions of the Special Offer are available on the Organiser’s website.
Processing of personal data may be extended in the case of multiple orders placed within the Special Offer.
Special Offer Participants automatically accept the applicable Terms and Conditions. All Participants must certify that they have read and accept all the applicable Terms and Conditions.
