This appendix introduces the following changes to the T&Cs of the "Indigo Home SPA in your Salon" Offer
§1
Point III relating to the T&Cs of the offer has been changed and shall read as follows:
During the Offer, the Participants can purchase:
1. INDIGO BODY LOTIONS 300ML/HAND CREAMS 300ML
- with the purchase of 5-10 items the price will go down to £7.80 per item
- with the purchase of 11 and more items the price will go down to £7.40 per item
2. INDIGO HAND CREAMS 60ML
- with the purchase of 5-10 items the price will go down to £2.30 per item
- with the purchase of 11 and more items the price will go down to £2.10 per item
3. INDIGO SHEA SUGAR BODY SCRUB 500G
- with the purchase of 5-10 items the price will go down to £14.67 per item
- with the purchase of 11 and more items the price will go down to £13.86 per item
4. INDIGO SHEA SUGAR BODY SCRUB 300G
- with the purchase of 5-10 items the price will go down to £9.50 per item
- with the purchase of 11 and more items the price will go down to £9.00 per item
5. INDIGO SHEA BUTTER 70 G
- with the purchase of 5-10 items the price will go down to £6.60 per item
- with the purchase of 11 and more items the price will go down to £6.30 per item
6. INDIGO ARGAN OIL 100ML
- with the purchase of 5-10 items the price will go down to £6.60 per item
- with the purchase of 11 and more items the price will go down to £6.30 per item
7. INDIGO FOOT LOVER SEVENTH HEAVEN 100ML
- with the purchase of 5-10 items the price will go down to £3.50 per item
- with the purchase of 11 and more items the price will go down to £3.30 per item
8. INDIGO SHEA ELIXIR 8ML
- with the purchase of 5-10 items the price will go down to £2.30 per item
- with the purchase of 11 and more items the price will go down to £2.20 per item

- with the purchase of 5-10 items the price will go down to £3.60 per item

Terms & Conditions of the "INDIGO HOME SPA" Offer
I. Promoter and time frame
- Promoter of "INDIGO HOME SPA" Offer (hereinafter referred to as 'Offer') is UNITED BEAUTY LTD whose trading name is INDIGO NAILS LAB a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12076727 whose registered office is at Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, WD6 1QQ; (the Promoter), with registered VAT number 332 6876 84.
- The offer runs from 24 June 2020, 09:00:00 (Europe Central Time zone GMT + 1) until or until stocks last (hereinafter referred to as ‘Duration Time’), or the offer is cancelled by the Promoter.
II. General Terms and Conditions
- The offer is open to both the consumer, making a legal transaction under the conditions set out in these T&Cs, not directly related to its business or professional activity, as well as a professional running business or professional activity (hereinafter referred to as the Participant).
- The Participant will place an order until offer ends:
- via official Indigo Nails UK online store at https://www.indigo-nails.co.uk
- The offer applies to orders placed during the special offer in THE UNITED KINGDOM.
- Any further resale of the Promoter's products purchased within and covered by the offer is not permitted in any scope, in particular, related to the Participant's business activities. The Participant is committed not to resell the Products covered by the offer in any scope and in particular within Participant's business activities. In case of breach of the above, the Promoter has the right to claim from the Participant the return of the value of products that the Participant purchased as part of the offer, to which the Participant, by accepting the T&Cs and taking part in the Promotion agrees.
III. Terms and Conditions
During the Promotion, the Participants can purchase:

- with the purchase of 11 and more items the price will go down to £6.29 per item
2. INDIGO SHEA SUGAR BODY SCRUB 500G
- with the purchase of 5-10 items the price will go down to £14.67 per item
- with the purchase of 11 and more items the price will go down to £13.86 per item
3. INDIGO SHEA BUTTER 75ML
- with the purchase of 5-10 items the price will go down to £6.30 per item
- with the purchase of 11 and more items the price will go down to £5.95 per item
4. INDIGO ARGAN OIL 100ML
- with the purchase of 5-10 items the price will go down to £5.67 per item
- with the purchase of 11 and more items the price will go down to £5.36per item
5. INDIGO FOOT LOVER SEVENTH HEAVEN 100ML
- with the purchase of 5-10 items the price will go down to £4.86 per item
- with the purchase of 11 and more items the price will go down to £4.60 per item
6. INDIGO SHEA ELIXIR 8ML
- with the purchase of 5-10 items the price will go down to £1.98 per item
- with the purchase of 11 and more items the price will go down to £1.87 per item
7. INDIGO PROTEIN SERUM 8ML
- with the purchase of 5-10 items the price will go down to £3.60 per item
- with the purchase of 11 and more items the price will go down to £3.40 per item
- The Special Offer cannot be combined with other offers.
- Indigo Nails reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or supersede the T&C’s of the offer without notice. The rights acquired by the Participants before the change will be respected. In particular, Indigo Nails reserves the right to shorten the Offer duration or to exclude individual items from the Offer due to being out of stock.
- For any Organiser other than Indigo Nails, the prices indicated in these T&Cs are only suggested prices. Before placing an order, each Participant should make sure that the Offer applies to a given Organiser, as well as whether the price for promotional products is not lower or higher than indicated in these T&Cs.
IV. Complaints and Returns
- All complaints regarding the Offer shall be submitted via e-mail to customerservice@indigo-nails.co.uk with reference: "INDIGO HOME SPA". Any claims must be received before Special Offer ends and within 14 days of receipt of order.
- The complaint should include the following details: name, surname, and their full address, a detailed description and reason for the complaint, as well as a resolution request.
- Complaints submitted after the offer ends or not including the information referred to in paragraph 2 will not be considered. The date of posting the complaint is the date on the postage stamp on the package containing the complaint.
- Complaints will be considered immediately, however no later than 14 days from the day they are received by the Promoter.
- If the provisions of the generally applicable law grant the Participant the right to return, the return of products purchased within the Offer is possible insofar as it constitutes a whole set of new and unused items purchased within the Offer. The return can be made by the customer only in relation to the Promoter within the meaning of item I para. 1 of the Regulations.
V. Data Protection
- Personal Data of Participants will be processed by the Promoter.
- Personal data collected in connection with the offer will be processed in order to: order processing, accounting as well as pursuing claims and defence against claims arising from the Sales Agreement - based on the Administrator's legitimate legal interest in pursuing claims and defending against claims.
- Personal data of Participants may be disclosed to entities supporting the Promoter in the implementation of the Competition, including marketing agencies, courier companies, postal and courier services operators.
- In connection with personal data processing by the Promoter, Participants have the following rights:
- the right to access personal data and the right to request rectification, deletion, or restrictions on their processing
- the right to transfer personal data provided to another data administrator
- the right to object to data processing
- Participants also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
- Personal data of offer Participants will be stored for the period during which complaints will be possible, and in the case of complaints for the time necessary to consider the complaint.
- Providing personal data is voluntary; however, it is required for order completion. Not providing personal data will affect its ability to process the order.
VI. Final provisions
- The offer T&Cs are available at each Organizer’s websites and premises.
- Processing might be longer if there are several orders during Special Offer.
- The Participants of the offer automatically accept T&Cs that apply to this. All Participants of the offer must declare that they have read and accept all T&Cs that apply.
